This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver expert advice and assistance to both new and existing clients in the adoption and enhancement of digital payment solutions.
• Proactively oversee the implementation of digital payment systems, collaborating with clients and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless transition and prompt initiation of transactions.
• After going live, maintain engagement with customers for the following 90 days to encourage and facilitate the adoption of electronic transactions. Track transaction penetration over this period through monthly reports.
• Accountable for gathering essential metrics identified for digital payments and developing a comprehensive transition plan for Customer Success and Support teams.
• Instruct clients on utilizing the Enumerate Digital Payment services, with a focus on specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functionalities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address regular transactional processes and reporting requirements.
• Enhance payment success rates for current clients by refining the payment processes throughout the organization.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders during the onboarding phase.
• Deliver training on digital payments and provide end-user support throughout and after the implementation phase.
• Meet digital payment project deadlines as designated by the Project Manager and coordinate meetings with clients to advance project timelines.
• Over 2 years of experience in understanding payment workflows and implementation processes.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving proficiency.
• Knowledge in property management and accounting software is an advantage.
• Approximately 5% travel required for quarterly team meetings.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
