Payments, Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in our funding and portfolio servicing operations.

• Guarantee precise and prompt funding disbursements.

• Maintain records for merchant accounts.

• Facilitate daily operational processes.

• Accurately track payment activities and identify any discrepancies.

• Offer timely, clear, and constructive support to both merchants and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting funding, payment processing, or financial operations workflows.

• Proven track record in managing or maintaining financial records and transaction data.

• Regularly utilized Excel for tracking, reporting, or reconciliation tasks.

• Processed funding approvals and verified documentation prior to disbursement.

• Executed ACH and wire transactions to fund approved merchants.

• Ensured that all approvals and compliance requirements are satisfied before releasing funds.

• Maintained strict compliance with internal funding procedures.
