Payments Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute merchant underwriting and due diligence while identifying opportunities to automate and expedite the onboarding process.

• Conduct annual compliance assessments and engage in merchant outreach initiatives.

• Manage changes to bank accounts and other administrative adjustments.

• Evaluate and address BSA/AML alerts with a thorough investigative approach.

• Maintain professional communication with customers to resolve compliance-related issues.

• Review daily operations to pinpoint bottlenecks and repetitive tasks.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance team operations and improve processes.
