📋 Description

• Execute merchant due diligence and discover methods to automate and expedite the onboarding process.

• Conduct annual compliance assessments and manage outreach to merchants.

• Handle changes to bank accounts.

• Examine BSA/AML alerts with a thorough investigative approach.

• Maintain professional communication with customers to resolve compliance-related issues.

• Review daily operations to pinpoint bottlenecks and repetitive tasks.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance team operations.
