Payment Operations Specialist – CMT Payouts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Efficiently process daily payments and foreign exchange transactions with precision while providing outstanding service to all payers and beneficiaries.

• Quickly and independently address payment-related inquiries.

• Adhere to stringent financial controls and consistently operate in compliance with our regulatory and safeguarding policies.

• Manage global cash balances to ensure liquidity for all obligations.

• Recognize processing inefficiencies and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders across various functions to resolve issues swiftly.

• Comprehend the effects of cash management and FX trading on reconciliation and accounting processes.

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members while helping to maintain training documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of experience in payments, finance, or banking operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and deadlines, along with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• A positive, proactive attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Capable of working with minimal supervision and effectively managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Eager and willing to learn, with a passion for problem-solving and assisting customers.

• Outstanding analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (such as Google Apps).

• Previous experience in a team lead or mentoring role is advantageous.
