Payment Integrity Specialist – Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leads the development of business cases for proposed initiatives.

• Assists in the strategic planning process.

• Ensures alignment of initiatives with the strategic business plan.

• Contributes to the planning and prioritization of initiatives.

• Organizes work teams, fosters consensus, and guarantees the integrity of policies and processes from start to finish.

• Conducts in-depth analysis of data, workflows, policies, and procedures.

• Composes and communicates information to all levels within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 years of project management experience is required.

• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred.

• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI is required.

• Process quality certification is preferred.
