This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the entire payroll processing cycle for your designated clients.
• Assess and calculate timecards to ensure adherence to federal, state, and union regulations.
• Input start documents and manage payroll tasks, including check distribution.
• Generate payroll reports and invoices for client approval.
• Oversee payroll releases and assist assigned non-union and union payroll clients.
• Offer daily training and support to Payroll Administrators and Payroll Coordinators.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll or production accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience with entertainment union contracts.
• Experience in the film and TV industry is advantageous.
• Capacity to manage high-volume workloads with competing priorities under pressure.
• Highly organized and precise, with strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset, focused on identifying solutions rather than merely completing tasks.
