This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +5 more states.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for payer segments that align with business objectives, target audiences, buyer requirements, and revenue growth targets.
• Evaluate trends in the payer market, competitive landscape, buyer personas, audience sub-segments, and performance indicators.
• Contribute to segmentation, messaging, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR/Inside Sales, Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Marketing Operations, and Commercial Operations.
• Ensure alignment of strategy, execution, data integrity, stakeholder communication, and sales outreach initiatives.
• Supervise integrated marketing programs from their planning stages through to post-launch evaluation.
• Manage messaging, channel activation, campaign performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Create executive-level reports linking marketing activities to engagement metrics, conversion rates, meetings, pipeline, bookings, revenue impact, and segment growth KPIs.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc insights with clear recommendations.
• Maintain segment marketing calendars, activation plans, and operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, segment marketing, marketing strategy, commercial operations, demand generation, or related positions.
• Proven ability to create go-to-market strategies, audience segmentation plans, integrated campaigns, and performance reporting across various channels and stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills in converting market, campaign, sales, and operational data into actionable insights.
• Capacity to work collaboratively and influence Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results on schedule.
• Experience in marketing, population health, quality, or a similar role within a health payer environment is preferred.
• Background in healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, attribution, dashboards, or campaign reporting is preferred.
• Experience in leveraging and integrating AI tools into campaign planning, content creation, and performance analysis processes is preferred.
