Payer Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical integration and implementation process with numerous payers.

• Develop and consistently enhance Stedi’s “payer integration playbook.”

• Generate and sustain organized documentation for new payer integrations while tracking implementation progress.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, customer operations, finance, product, and legal teams to ensure successful integration completion.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at payers throughout the implementation journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess significant experience in API integration: you are knowledgeable in REST/SOAP APIs and have practical experience in building integrations with backend systems and applications.

• You excel at managing multiple open threads simultaneously.

• You have a background in customer-facing roles: ideally, you have experience in technical support, implementation and onboarding, or solutions engineering.

• You have a systems-oriented mindset. You look beyond just completing the immediate task.

• You are proactive in getting the job done. You are resourceful, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and do not wait for direction.
