Pay-Per-Click Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to assist in crafting proposals for prospective clients.

• Strategize, develop, and initiate paid campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Organize ad groups, establish bidding strategies, and set targeting parameters in line with campaign goals.

• Compose engaging ad copy for advertisements and extensions.

• Oversee campaign budgets and pacing to guarantee efficient allocation of funds throughout the month.

• Perform keyword research utilizing Google Keyword Planner.

• Create and maintain negative keyword lists to eliminate irrelevant traffic and minimize wasted expenditure.

• Identify and refine target audiences for accurate targeting.

• Monitor keyword performance and modify match types, pauses, and optimizations based on data insights.

• Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.

• Continuously enhance Quality Score, Ad Rank, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Identify underperforming campaigns and offer actionable recommendations for enhancement.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.

• Stay updated with the latest updates, beta features, and algorithm changes for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Passion for PPC, paid search, and digital marketing.

• Some experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, GTM, CallRail, or spreadsheets is preferred.
