This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team of Patient Support Associates.
• Provide guidance, performance evaluation, and development opportunities.
• Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Inspire and motivate team members in both remote and onsite settings.
• Ensure medication accessibility through refills, prior authorizations, and financial support.
• Manage assistance across hospitals and clinics to guarantee prompt patient care.
• Uphold service level objectives and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise pharmacy operations (claims, deliveries, care coordination).
• Perform system audits and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders through regular meetings.
• Conduct team meetings, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally on projects and process enhancements.
• Oversee PTO, timekeeping, and reporting duties.
• Coordinate training sessions and system access.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration and CPhT certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician (specialty experience preferred).
• Previous leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred or currently in progress.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Capability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in operational and project management.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with pharmacy/EMR systems (experience with Willow, QS1, RX30 is a plus).
• Highly organized, patient-centered, and detail-oriented.
• 20% travel for remote positions outside core locations.
