This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective patients to clarify services and aid with enrollment or scheduling.
• Fill out brief intake forms to accurately gather demographic, eligibility, and clinical details.
• Arrange patient appointments based on availability, location, and provider compatibility.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., calls made, conversions, appointments set).
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward patients and colleagues at all times.
• Follow established scripts and workflows while being adaptable to personalize each interaction.
• Record all interactions meticulously and accurately in the company’s EHR system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve scheduling or communication challenges.
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations when managing patient information.
• Engage in ongoing training, receive feedback, and participate in quality assurance sessions to consistently enhance performance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or patient access position.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and comfort with making or receiving a high volume of patient calls daily.
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities; capacity to engage compassionately and build trust swiftly.
• Capability to meet or exceed performance quotas in a structured environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM, scheduling systems, or EHRs preferred).
• Bilingual (English-Spanish), both spoken and written, is mandatory. If you are not fully bilingual, please refrain from applying.
