This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Manage 40-50 incoming calls each day with sensitivity and understanding.
• Deliver information and respond to inquiries related to services and orders.
• Efficiently perform data entry tasks on a daily basis within required deadlines.
• Oversee daily and monthly performance metrics and KPI objectives.
• Engage in virtual meetings with a polished and professional appearance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center setting.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical field, with a familiarity of medical terminology (preferably in DME and Home Healthcare).
• Preferred experience or knowledge of respiratory equipment and support for respiratory-related patients.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
