This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a reliable resource throughout the full spectrum of program services.
β’ Recognize obstacles to therapy and assist patients in understanding and overcoming those challenges.
β’ Provide education to patients regarding their prescribed therapy, treatment protocols, benefits, potential side effects, administration, and dosing.
β’ Engage with patient insurance providers to ascertain coverage benefits and expected out-of-pocket expenses.
β’ Identify relevant financial assistance resources tailored to patient needs.
β’ Aid patients in coping with stress related to their diagnosis.
β’ Empower patients to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
β’ Direct patients to support for non-program-related needs, such as social services or other intervention programs.
β’ Report adverse events and product complaints in line with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.
β’ Meet training deadlines pertaining to corporate policies and procedures.
β’ Consistently adhere to all standard operating procedures.
β’ Undertake additional assigned tasks or projects as needed.
β’ Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
β’ 2β3 years of nursing experience required.
β’ Experience in relevant disease states is preferred.
β’ Background in nurseline triage, call center utilization management, or call center case management is advantageous.
β’ Experience in case management or as a Clinical Trial Nurse is a plus.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Must fulfill all criteria for remote work eligibility, subject to business requirements.
β’ Ability to work from 11:30 AM to 8 PM ET is necessary.
β’ Capability to regularly talk or hear.
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods.
β’ Proficient in using hands for typing, handling materials, and reaching with hands and arms.
β’ Ideally able to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
β’ Preferred flexibility to travel as needed.
β’ Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screening may be required.
