This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiating, researching, completing, submitting, and tracking applications for the Patient Services Program.
• Conducting benefit verifications and fulfilling necessary prior authorizations from third parties.
• Engaging in reimbursement activities, assisting patients, and managing copay program enrollments.
• Coordinating refill calls and executing documented adherence activities.
• Overseeing the dispensing of specialty medications, high-cost prescriptions, and infusion medications.
• Proactively interacting with facility staff, patients, payers, and patient assistance programs (PAP).
• Adjusting work hours to accommodate customers across various time zones.
• CPhT certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of directly related or relevant experience.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work swiftly and accurately under time constraints and high volume.
• Ability to proactively and tenaciously pursue solutions with minimal supervision to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with insurance and claims processing, pharmaceutical products, services, software, and drug interactions.
