Patient Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Handles inbound calls from a specific department to assist patients with scheduling appointments.

• Executes all registration procedures, verifies insurance coverage for approval, and delivers accurate information to patients.

• Exhibits accountability, precision, and effective communication skills in alignment with departmental objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or GED is required.

• Experience: 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.

• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) is advantageous.
