This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
β’ Efficiently manage 80-100 inbound and outbound calls daily.
β’ Become proficient in internal systems and tools (including phone systems, EHR, etc.).
β’ Oversee provider scheduling and communications.
β’ Accurately collect and handle patient information with care and attention, adhering to industry regulations (such as HIPAA and PHI).
β’ Consult with patients to arrange and modify appointments as needed.
β’ Listen attentively to patients and communicate effectively with empathy and concern, both verbally and in writing.
β’ Elevate patient situations that necessitate special attention.
β’ Meet and exceed individual monthly performance targets.
β’ 1-3 years of experience with customer database (CRM) systems.
β’ College education (either completed degree or relevant coursework).
β’ 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment (preferred).
β’ Experience in making outbound sales or service calls (preferred).
β’ 1-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector (preferred).
β’ Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish).
