This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Professionally and confidently handle incoming patient calls.
• Conduct outbound calls as necessary for follow-up.
• Address patient inquiries through email communications.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Accurately verify and update patient information.
• Provide clear explanations of scheduling requirements and appointment preparation guidelines.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with patients and internal teams.
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting interactions.
• Ensure an outstanding patient experience with every interaction.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking across various applications.
• Effective in working independently within a remote setting.
• Quick to learn new systems.
• Maintains accuracy while working efficiently.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Preferred: Prior experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist roles, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service.
• Weekly payment in arrears.
• Two weeks of paid product training.
• Coaching support during the nesting period.
