• Reach out to inactive or dormant patients to promote scheduling their appointments.
• Reconnect with patients who have unresolved or incomplete treatment plans.
• Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
• Professionally address patient objections and hesitations regarding scheduling.
• Follow up with designated patients who have yet to book their appointments.
• Oversee outreach workflows and coordination of scheduling efforts.
• Import Medicaid intervention list data into Open Dental.
• Engage with incoming leads generated from Google and social media retargeting campaigns.
• Follow up with patients who have missed, canceled, or rescheduled their appointments.
• Keep precise communication notes and updates for patients in the system.
• Assist with basic insurance verification for urgent scheduling needs.
• Provide support for administrative and operational tasks when the patient coordinator is absent.
• Help maintain organized workflows for scheduling and patient communication.
• Excellent English communication skills with a confident and professional phone demeanor.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, patient scheduling, or outbound calling.
• Ability to manage objections and steer conversations towards appointment bookings.
• Comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Experience in dental or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting.
• Must have experience with Open Dental (primary dental practice management software).
• Proficient phone communication and adept at handling objections.
• Preferred tools include: Dental Intel, CRM or patient scheduling systems, and basic insurance verification workflows.
