This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Connect with patients through enthusiastic phone calls, vibrant emails, and engaging text messages to inform them about the fantastic services and resources at their disposal.
• Master the art of scheduling! Develop smooth appointment and follow-up plans to guarantee that every patient receives the care they need, making their journey effortless and worry-free.
• Turn feedback collection into a thrilling experience! Utilize innovative surveys and enjoyable follow-up conversations to gather patient insights that will enhance our services to new levels.

• Keep precise and thorough records of outreach efforts and patient interactions in our database, ensuring every detail is documented with accuracy and style!
• Engage in the creative process! Assist in designing attractive outreach materials and developing innovative strategies that truly connect with patients and inspire their involvement.
• Take the lead in training and mentoring Patient Champions! Review their calls and documentation with enthusiasm, providing constructive feedback to help them excel and make a meaningful impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends! Immerse yourself in the latest company services, policies, and healthcare developments, becoming a reliable source for accurate and exciting patient information.
• Uphold your role as a confidentiality guardian! Follow HIPAA standards meticulously, ensuring patient information is safeguarded while promoting trust and security.

• Certification as a medical assistant, community health worker, patient navigator, pharmacy technician, or another clinical field is essential.
• Prior experience in patient outreach, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in training others is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications (e.g., web-based applications, Google Workplace).
• Experience with public speaking is preferred.
