This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform proactive outreach to patients after testing to offer support, education, and assistance with resource navigation.
• Connect with patients via phone, SMS, email, and other approved communication methods while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
• Inform patients about testing procedures, available resources, patient portal tools, scheduling options, and other pertinent support services.
• Collect patient feedback on their testing experience and document insights that contribute to the enhancement of patient programs and services.
• Recognize and assist in overcoming common barriers to care, such as scheduling difficulties, provider communication requirements, resource access, and general procedural inquiries.
• Provide patients with approved educational materials, discussion guides, and support resources.
• Collaborate with Patient Coordinators, field teams, provider offices, and other internal stakeholders to address patient needs.
• Refer clinical, billing, technical, or service-related issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Keep accurate records of all patient interactions and follow-up activities in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Assist in outreach initiatives, patient education programs, and operational projects aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience.
• Adhere to all privacy, regulatory, and communication standards.
• Exhibit empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment when engaging with patients and caregivers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient support, customer service, healthcare operations, patient engagement, care coordination, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior experience working directly with patients or customers in a healthcare or service-oriented setting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to convey complex information clearly and supportively.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
