This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as the initial point of contact for new Rivia Mind patients.
• Engage in discussions about service offerings with a compassionate approach.
• Facilitate appropriate patient/provider matching.
• Support the scheduling of patient evaluations.
• Verify insurance eligibility.
• Exhibit excellence in every interaction to uphold Rivia Mind's mission.
• Required Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of office administration/receptionist experience is necessary (including filing, phone management, reports, and office upkeep).
• One year of experience in medical office/healthcare operations is preferred (covering referrals, the intake process, medical record transfers, and preauthorization).
• Proficiency in communicating and adhering to messaging scripts across various channels (e.g., text, email, phone).
• Familiarity with insurance verification procedures and explanation of benefit coverage is preferred.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to different processes as required.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment with the capacity to adjust to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of mental health professional licenses (MD, NP, SW).
• Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent organizational skills.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Proficient in using a wide range of technology platforms and systems (Google Suite required, along with company-specific platforms/software like Monday.com and EHR/EMR systems when applicable, CRMs such as Salesforce).
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude are required.
• Well-organized and efficient in handling tasks and projects.
