This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Interact with patients and their caregivers through phone and email in response to requests for pre-approval access to treatment.

• Document medical information in our internal system.

• Utilize our AI tool to explore global trial databases and pinpoint relevant pre-approval options for patients.

• Conduct pre-screening of patients for designated clinical trials.

• Involve patients to enhance our Medical Community and raise awareness about the myTomorrows platform.

• Actively identify trends and opportunities within our daily operations.

• Strive to achieve and uphold a high level of patient satisfaction.

• Aid in refining our patient recruitment and pre-screening processes and strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or higher.

• 3+ years of experience in patient navigation, clinical research, or roles focused on healthcare communication.

• Preferred experience in patient care within a clinical environment, along with knowledge of clinical trials and expanded access.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to simplify complex medical information for better understanding.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Required fluency in one or more languages (Korean, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese).

• Proficient in utilizing CRM and healthcare databases.

• Competent in Microsoft Office, web-based media, and open to technological advancements.

• Ability to prioritize various commitments while ensuring high-quality work.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Patient-centric approach, demonstrating understanding and empathy when engaging with patients.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to accurately document information and clinical data.

• Skill in building trust and managing sensitive information and data appropriately.

• A collaborative team player who excels in a multicultural and diverse environment.

• Certifications in Good Clinical Practice or related healthcare fields (e.g., Certified Patient Navigator) are advantageous.
