
Patient Experience Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Zendesk inquiries from patients related to appointments, issues, and missing results.
• Conduct multiple outbound calls and send follow-up emails to address patient concerns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all patients via phone, text, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with doctors and physicians to obtain lab orders.
• Address, troubleshoot, and resolve patient issues promptly and positively.
• Work with local city teams to assist mobile specialists and provide ongoing updates to patients.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Proficient with technology, efficient, and self-driven.
• Capable of handling at least 12 tickets per hour while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping individuals resolve their issues.
• Experience in processing or interpreting lab orders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Friendly and enjoys engaging with others via phone, text, email, and chat.
• While our teams operate remotely, you must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
• $17/hr
