Patient Experience Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address intricate technical challenges related to designated Epic patient experience applications

• Enhance processes and execute inventive technical solutions

• Align technical initiatives with business goals

• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to connect technology with organizational objectives

• Develop system applications and application packages

• Transition application packages through various environments

• Provide support for patient experience features in Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare

• Assist OCHIN business needs through Go-Live installations or training

• Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live assistance as required

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Analyst

• Current certification in at least two designated Epic applications: MyChart, Hello World, and/or Cheers

• Preferred certifications: Prelude, Welcome, and Cadence

• A history of working in Healthcare IT is essential

• Proven experience in system application development

• Strong grasp of Patient Experience workflows, analytics, and technology

• Experience in creating system application packages and managing their movement through various environments

• Comprehensive understanding of patient experience functionalities for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare

• Exceptional communication abilities with application and technical teams as well as end users

• High levels of integrity and accountability

• Methodical, detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making

• Proactive, self-directed, and focused on solutions

• Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and comprehending English

• Capability to work independently and efficiently from a distraction-free home office

• Access to high-speed internet service

• Proficient in using standard office equipment, computers, and mobile devices

• Willingness to travel nationally, potentially up to 20%, for on-site Go-Live support based on business needs
