Patient Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational execution of patient engagement and advocacy initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries.

• Emphasize direct interactions with patient advocacy groups (PAGs).

• Assist in the rollout of community engagement projects, initiatives, and activities.

• Ensure adherence to internal governance, legal, and regulatory standards.

• Serve as the point of contact for patient engagement in designated countries.

• Coordinate activities with cluster and country teams.

• Aid in the collection and documentation of patient insights obtained from interactions with PAGs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree.

• Experience in patient engagement, community engagement, advocacy, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or non-governmental organization (NGO) sectors.

• Familiarity with working alongside patient organizations is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of health systems and healthcare decision-making, including the regulatory, safety, legal, and compliance landscapes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to establish trust-based relationships with patient organizations.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Aptitude for working in cross-functional and multicultural settings.

• Awareness of compliance requirements pertaining to external engagement activities.
