This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Employ telephonic outreach and engagement techniques to connect with families, guiding them through the process of downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit.
• Clearly articulate the services offered by Imagine and address any objections from parents and families.
• Serve as a representative of Imagine Pediatrics for parents and families of children with complex medical needs.
• Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to assist in telephonic outreach efforts directed towards both non-engaged and engaged patients.
• Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to effectively prioritize telephonic outreach to potential members.
• Consistently achieve and/or surpass monthly engagement targets.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least one (1) year of experience in outreach, customer service, or a call center role focused on outbound communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential.
