This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee a significant volume of both inbound and outbound pre-screening calls.
β’ Engage with potential trial participants in a clear and empathetic manner.
β’ Exhibit expertise in medical terminology to evaluate patient information effectively.
β’ Employ remote communication platforms for calls, documentation, and team collaboration.
β’ Achieve or surpass KPIs associated with pre-qualified referrals and enrollment rates.
β’ Keep meticulous records of patient interactions while ensuring compliance.
β’ Frequently review recorded calls from contractor PCs and offer coaching feedback.
β’ Track performance metrics using the PC KPI dashboard.
β’ Provide structured feedback and escalate any unresolved performance issues.
β’ Evaluate contractor PC timesheets and produce monthly invoices.
β’ Work collaboratively on process enhancements within the PC department.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center setting.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing screening role within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
β’ Previous supervisory, coaching, or team lead experience is highly preferred.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Proven capability to provide constructive feedback.
β’ Proficient in remote communication and productivity tools.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial processes.
β’ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
β’ GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification or a willingness to acquire it.
