This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Promptly and professionally respond to incoming SMS messages.
• Pose insightful, open-ended questions to gain a clear understanding of each patient's needs and aspirations.
• Arrange phone consultations utilizing tools such as Calendly.
• Precisely document patient interactions within CRM and scheduling platforms (training will be provided).
• Establish rapport with potential patients through empathy, curiosity, and trust.
• Send tailored follow-up messages as necessary to assist with subsequent steps.
• Comfortable with learning and navigating digital tools; experience with CRM and scheduling platforms is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills for SMS, along with clear verbal abilities for occasional phone calls.
• Genuinely curious and compassionate, with a focus on a people-first approach.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accurate documentation and privacy practices.
• Interest in or knowledge of healthcare, wellness, or telehealth services.
• Reliable availability during Eastern Time business hours (approximately 16:00–24:00 GMT).
• Basic proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets for light reporting tasks.
• Flexible, on-call schedule.
