Patient Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the patient experience from beginning to end.

• Assist healthcare providers and address patient questions.

• Take ownership of essential elements of service delivery.

• Implement enhancements based on authentic patient feedback.

• Contribute to building the operational framework for a rapidly expanding digital sleep clinic.

• Operate within a technology-driven care environment.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a patient/customer-facing position.

• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other healthcare database systems.

• Comfort with digital tools and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative setting.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively engaging with healthcare providers, sleep specialists, and external partners.

• Basic understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME).

• A sincere dedication to providing high-quality patient care and improving access and outcomes for patients.

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare experience.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurances and referral processes.

• High degree of empathy and awareness of patients' needs.
