This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and service execution to our clients and patients by managing referrals for the provision of medical goods and services.

• Contact patients regarding new or ongoing referrals to verify demographic details, provide updates on the referral status, and confirm the delivery of requested goods or services.

• Interact with vendor partners, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers to relay updates on both new and in-progress referrals.

• Source vendor partners for each referral in accordance with the goods or services requested.

• Responsible for making or receiving calls concerning existing referrals, new referrals, or referrals from fellow team members.

• Returns quotes to clients for their approval or follows up on previously sent quotes to secure written authorization for requested referrals, ensuring that each referral is medically necessary and sanctioned by the claims adjuster.

• Ensures all essential billing information is present in each referral in line with established workflows and billing procedures, progressing those referrals for billing on a daily basis.

• Processes referrals in compliance with state regulations and workers' compensation guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Two (2) years of relevant industry experience in healthcare networks and patient care scheduling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Strong critical thinking capabilities.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to produce comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Capability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.
