This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Receive all incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments with accuracy.
• Respond to patient inquiries, confirm insurance eligibility, and oversee referrals.
• Maintain patient records and ensure precise data entry.
• Keep all systems updated and organized.
• Contact patients to remind them of their upcoming appointments and share necessary information.
• Foster positive relationships with physicians, office staff, and clinical teams.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Capability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Competence in navigating multiple computer systems at once.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with EHR and practice management systems is advantageous.
• Experience with complex multi-phone software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
• One year of call center experience is a plus.
