Patient Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the patient experience from beginning to end.

• Assist healthcare providers and address patient questions.

• Take ownership of essential elements of service delivery.

• Contribute to establishing the operational framework for a rapidly expanding digital sleep clinic.

• Navigate within a technology-driven care setting.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a patient or customer-facing position.

• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other healthcare database systems.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

• Capability to work independently while effectively engaging with healthcare providers, sleep specialists, and external collaborators.

• Basic understanding of billing procedures and durable medical equipment (DME).

• A sincere dedication to providing high-quality patient care and promoting enhanced access and patient outcomes.

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare experience (preferred qualification).

• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance and referral processes (preferred qualification).

• High levels of empathy and an understanding of patients' needs (preferred qualification).
