This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complete, submit, and monitor applications for the manufacturer Patient Assistance Program (PAP).
• Use the Med Data platform to oversee application workflows.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete prior to submission.
• Engage with patients to gather essential documentation, which includes:
• Proof of income
• Household information
• Income attestations
• Required consent forms
• Inform patients about application requirements and provide updates on their status.
• Collaborate with clinic providers and prescribers to secure:
• Wet signatures
• Electronic authorizations
• Prescription documentation
• Maintain effective communication between providers and pharmacy teams.
• Oversee an active caseload of around 120 applications and renewals each month.
• Monitor medication refill schedules and pickup dates.
• Start the renewal processes at least 90 days prior to expiration to avoid treatment disruptions.
• Liaise with pharmacy hubs and care teams about medication shipments and deliveries.
• Ensure smooth coordination among patients, providers, pharmacies, and manufacturers.
• Keep accurate records in NextGen, Med Data, and future eClinicalWorks systems.
• Scan, upload, and arrange all documentation in accordance with company protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSV, FTCA, and relevant healthcare regulations.
• Current **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** credential.
• Background in a healthcare environment.
• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong grasp of medical terminology.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines and workflows simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to patient advocacy.

• Experience with NextGen EHR.
• Willingness to train and transition to eClinicalWorks.
• Familiarity with Patient Assistance Programs (PAP).
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, care coordination, or prior authorization processes.
• Experience working with underserved patient populations.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience utilizing medical interpretation or translation services.
