This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for potential patients facing dental concerns and seeking information about our offerings.

• Assist these potential patients by effectively articulating our services and highlighting how they stand out from competitors or other options.

• Listen with empathy and analyze critically to assess whether our services align with each potential patient’s specific circumstances.

• Collaborate with prospective patients to arrange a complimentary consultation and guide them for a fruitful consultation and assessment.

• Spend a significant portion of your time on the phone, both responding to inbound calls from potential patients and making outbound calls to existing leads who have shown interest in our services (no cold calling involved).

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and commitment while communicating with potential patients, aiming to positively influence their lives.

• Display confidence and expertise in addressing objections.

• Achieve or surpass designated KPIs by understanding how to affect results and actively seeking coaching for continuous improvement.

• Serve as an ambassador for the ClearChoice Core Values at all times, exemplifying: Compassion, Conviction, Teamwork, Integrity, Trust, Impact, and a Passion for Learning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English are strongly preferred.

• A genuine desire to assist those in need and contribute to a mission-driven organization.

• 1-2 years of consultative sales experience (including overcoming objections, asking open-ended questions, active listening, and value building).

• At least 1 year of experience in a role that requires a high degree of empathy.

• 6 months to 1 year of previous remote work experience along with intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiencies.

• Over 1 year of call center experience or related experience involving high-volume inbound and outbound calls.

• Familiarity with roles that utilize scripts or call flows.

• Strong interpersonal abilities (including active listening, teamwork, adaptability, empathy, and connection).

• Confident demeanor and capability to quickly establish rapport while maintaining control of the conversation.

• Goal-oriented individual with a strong drive for achievement.

• Comfortable in seeking and receiving coaching and guidance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Self-motivated, driven, and proactive.

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

• Experience with Salesforce and G-suites is a plus.
