This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct reviews and audits of the work carried out by Patient Advocates.
• Ensure that tasks are completed with accuracy and in accordance with program requirements and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for revenue recovery and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Assist the Patient Advocacy team with quality control functions.
• Daily review of rejected tasks in MAP.
• Confirm that the appropriate rejection code was assigned for each rejected task.
• Detect errors in rejection codes where the underlying enrollment, order, or claim is still actionable.
• Document and track quality findings to help identify opportunities for enhancing patient advocacy workflows, tools, and services.
• Prepare reports on audit findings and provide structured feedback to the Director of Patient Advocacy.
• Engage in calibration sessions to ensure alignment of audit standards with operational expectations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, patient access, billing, or quality assurance setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with patient assistance programs, copay support, or pharmaceutical access programs is advantageous.
• Experience with healthcare Electronic Health Records (EHRs) such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, or Allscripts is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office (an assessment may be administered).
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and platforms concurrently.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
• Experience with audit tools, quality tracking systems, or case management platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for errors and discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting findings.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of audit cases.
