• Serve as the initial point of contact for new clients.

• Engage with individuals seeking mental health support, ensuring they feel at ease as they progress.

• Assist clients in navigating the booking process, addressing inquiries related to availability, insurance, and subsequent steps.

• Utilize phone, text, email, and customer management tools to connect with referral patients, maintain consistent follow-ups, and facilitate the scheduling process.

• Your skills in listening, communicating clearly, establishing rapport, and thoughtfully addressing concerns can significantly impact the experience.

• Manage inbound and outbound communications, including calls, texts, emails, cancellations, reschedules, and follow-ups, while maintaining organization across various systems.

• Interact with clients through phone, text, and email in a professional and empathetic manner.

• This position involves meeting booking targets and achieving performance objectives.

• Bilingual in Spanish is essential.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, mental health, call centers, or a customer-facing sales position.

• Driven by the desire to reach and surpass goals.

• Sales-oriented, yet not overly aggressive.

• Quick-thinking and adaptable to changing situations.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.

• Compassionate and at ease when conversing with individuals who may feel anxious or uncertain.

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple systems and conversations simultaneously.

• Familiarity with scheduling or support tools like Hubspot is advantageous.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.

• Availability to work weekends as required.
