This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Delivers exceptional care to our clients through friendly, courteous, and professional service, supported by a comprehensive understanding of account management processes.

• Initiates recoupments from payers, processes payer refunds, and issues patient refunds when necessary.

• Conducts research, validates information, and makes necessary adjustments to payment postings.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the hospital or physician back-end revenue cycle, including Payment Posting, Billing, Follow-Up, and Collections, is required.

• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations is essential.
