Patient Access Staffing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Delivers tactical workforce planning solutions

• Provides immediate support and analytical insights

• Maintains adequate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC)

• Collaborates closely with access center operations and leadership to predict demand

• Enhances schedules and monitors real-time performance metrics

• Facilitates data-driven decision-making processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management

• Experience in a high-volume, multi-skilled, and multi-site contact center setting

• Current member of the Patient Access Center team with over 1 year of experience and proven expertise in workforce functions

• Preferred experience in staff scheduling
