Patient Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

đź“‹ Description

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative patient access strategies for Sobi’s product portfolio.

• Ensure that our therapies are delivered to the patients who require them most—efficiently, sustainably, and successfully.

• Develop and modify persuasive value narratives and economic models that facilitate successful payer negotiations across the Nordic & Baltic regions.

• Oversee the execution of access plans, which include stakeholder mapping and engagement, as well as the submission of pricing and reimbursement applications and tender processes.

• Actively engage with payers, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to identify and address barriers to patient access.

• Provide cross-functional teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and confidence to effectively communicate the value of Sobi’s therapies.

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at local, regional, and national levels, establishing oneself as a trusted partner within the healthcare ecosystem.

• Keep track of pricing environments and policy changes, ensuring that teams are updated and strategies remain competitive and compliant.

• Enhance relationships with authorities and stakeholders, consistently reflecting Sobi’s values and commitment to patient care.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or health economics.

• 5–10 years of experience in pricing, reimbursement, and patient access—preferably within the pharmaceuticals sector or consultancy.

• Strong proficiency in economic evaluation and evidence-based value communication.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic access plans.

• A proven history of successful stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in rare diseases (particularly in lipidology) is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
