This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative patient access strategies for Sobi’s product portfolio.
• Ensure therapies are delivered to patients in an efficient, sustainable, and successful manner.
• Develop and customize persuasive value propositions and economic models.
• Oversee the execution of access plans, including mapping and engaging with stakeholders.
• Actively engage with payers, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Provide cross-functional teams with the necessary tools and insights to effectively communicate value.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare landscape.
• Track pricing dynamics and shifts in policy.
• A Master's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or health economics.
• 5–10 years of experience in pricing, reimbursement, and patient access—preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge in economic evaluation and evidence-based communication of value.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic access plans.
• A proven history of successful stakeholder engagement and collaboration across functions.
• Experience in rare diseases (ideally in lipidology) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
