Patient Access Liaison – Mid-Atlantic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Educate patients and their families about diseases and medications.

• Provide guidance on reimbursement and insurance procedures.

• Facilitate communication among essential stakeholders.

• Offer advice on access and affordability initiatives.

• Conduct Connect Calls to review ongoing cases.

• Maintain continuous contact with patients and their families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech sector.

• Previous experience as a Field Reimbursement Manager.

• Strong preference for experience in the Patient Services Department.

• Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work independently with patients for educational and support purposes.

• High level of comfort in engaging directly with patients and their families.
