This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Assist patients and care partners in accessing and obtaining affordability support for Attruby.
• Collaborate effectively with Market Access, Commercial, Training, Brand Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Commercial Analytics, Commercial IT, Pharmacovigilance, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a compliant and positive experience for patients throughout their journey.
• Assess and implement patient access opportunities within the designated geographic region.
• Address access and affordability challenges through phone interactions or face-to-face meetings.
• Facilitate direct access support between approved patients and hubs, pharmacies, prescribers’ offices, and support organizations.
• Coordinate follow-ups regarding missing information with the hub partner.
• Develop and maintain relationships between ForgingBridges and approved patients.
• Welcome and onboard patients into the ForgingBridges support program.
• Manage changes in patient status and follow up with patients, care partners, prescribers, and pharmacies.
• Ensure adherence to ForgingBridges business regulations.
• Oversee the flow of information and communication with approved patients.
• Work closely with Patient Advocacy and participate in advocacy meetings and events.
• Conduct and lead in-person educational sessions for patients and care partners.
• Report compliant insights and findings to Brand Marketing and internal Commercial teams.
• Handle protected health information in accordance with BridgeBio policy.
• Participate in national sales meetings, conferences, and regional events as necessary.
• Complete assigned projects related to Market Access and Patient Support Services.
• Offer strategic and tactical contributions for ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement tactical plans that align with access objectives and role metrics.
• Travel domestically 40–60%, regionally and intermittently throughout the US.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Biotech/Pharma, with a focus on patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred.
• Experience in Cardiology or Rare Disease is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in building rapport with patients and care partners.
• Strong background and experience with patient support programs, including copay, cost-sharing initiatives, affordability design, and hub models for medical and pharmacy benefit products.
• Knowledge of specialty markets, buy-and-bill processes, retail markets, reimbursement/access challenges, and OIG/CMS/legal guidelines related to patient support programs.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the capacity to formulate effective strategies and tactics for patient access.
• Superior oral and written communication skills, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Previous experience as a PAL/FAM is an added advantage.
• Highly detail-oriented in creating and managing program documentation.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with families, patients, and key decision-makers.
• Preference for candidates residing in Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver as indicated in the posting.
