Patient Access Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in the strategy, design, and enhancement of the Epic Patient Access product suite.

• Provide expert knowledge and contribute to best-practice workflows.

• Implement system improvements.

• Assist with organizational projects such as Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades.

• Develop system applications and application packages.

• Transition application packages across various environments.

• Engage in communication with application and technical teams, as well as end users.

• Complete a 50–60-minute competency evaluation prior to the team interview.

• Operate remotely from a home office and be present on camera for virtual meetings.

• Provide on-site support for member organizations during new software installations as required.

• Travel nationally for Go-Live installations or training as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an Analyst role.

• Current certification in assigned Epic applications: Prelude and Grand Central.

• Background in Healthcare IT is essential.

• Proven experience in system application development.

• Strong grasp of Patient Access workflows, analytics, and technology.

• Experience in creating system application packages and navigating them through multiple environments.

• In-depth knowledge of patient access functionality for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare.

• Excellent communication skills with application and technical team members, as well as end users.

• High level of integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, emphasizing data-driven decision making.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.

• Access to high-speed internet service.
