This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Enhance accessibility and adoption for both existing and upcoming brands by aligning the market access strategy with the organization's business goals.
• Oversee market access initiatives in Bulgaria, which include Price & Reimbursement submissions and community engagement efforts.
• Administer designated market access projects and activities.
• Create strategic and tactical market access plans for products to ensure that business objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
• Facilitate collaboration across various teams regarding pricing and reimbursement issues.
• Develop or modify value demonstration tools as necessary.
• Work with broader market access and regulatory teams to influence early pipeline access strategies.
• Recognize future payer customer needs and constraints that may affect the business.
• Responsible for overseeing allocated programs and budgets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
• Proven experience in innovative market access within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of health systems and healthcare decision-making, including the regulatory, safety, legal, and compliance landscape.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and leading teams, with a track record of delivering results on schedule and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, complemented by strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Capacity to build credible and enduring professional relationships while making a personal impact by engaging respectfully and professionally.
• Strong leadership and influencing capabilities, focused on promoting continuous performance enhancement and operational excellence.
• Solid experience in market access-related issues, including new MKB code submissions, P&R submissions, managed entry schemes, and HTA.
• In-depth understanding of the payer landscape, as well as government affairs, policy, and advocacy.
• Ability to conduct situational analysis of the external environment and assist in developing country-specific and account strategic plans.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Bulgarian and English, with the willingness to travel occasionally within CEE countries.
