This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct interviews and hire associates.
• Engage in both formal and informal feedback discussions with team members.
• Ensure that programs are onboarded and adjustments are made in accordance with established guidelines.
• Provide daily guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor compliance with program policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the training and quality team to onboard and train new employees.
• Maintain an ongoing assessment of training requirements and needs for the team.
• Manage and conduct regular internal reviews and audits of processes.
• Develop and sustain effective, actionable system performance metrics and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze quality and performance reports to identify trends.
• Implement process improvements.
• Requires comprehensive training in areas such as financial or financial tech services, business or healthcare administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, social work, or other fields typically acquired through a four-year bachelor’s degree program or clinical studies like nursing, pharmacy, and other clinical roles.
• Typically necessitates a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience.
• Previous experience managing a team for 1-2 years is required.
• Ability to assess issues, make decisions, and propose viable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
