Pathology Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Act as the main subject matter expert for pathology workflows.

• Perform thorough onsite and virtual assessments of pathology workflows.

• Collaborate with pathology laboratories to enhance specimen management and improve laboratory workflow efficiency.

• Create consultative recommendations aimed at enhancing specimen quality and operational performance.

• Work together with Commercial teams to evaluate customer operational requirements.

• Establish and nurture relationships with leadership in pathology laboratories.

• Lead customer engagements and operational reviews onsite with laboratory leadership.

• Track customer progress post-implementation and suggest necessary corrective actions.

• Design and deliver educational programs for personnel in pathology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related STEM field.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in pathology operations, laboratory operations, healthcare consulting, or a related healthcare setting.

• Proven experience in conducting customer-facing workflow assessments.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to convert operational data into actionable insights.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Willingness to travel extensively to facilitate onsite customer engagements.

• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
