This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies that cater to the unique requirements of high-value corporate accounts.
• Collaborate with our internal Precision Medicine Initiative team to gain insights into their business objectives, challenges, and long-term aspirations.
• Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives to effectively support the sales pipeline and revenue goals for key accounts.
• Work alongside local commercial teams to enhance the adoption of product offerings within the corporate account portfolio.
• Play a key role in defining and reaching significant growth targets (volume, revenue) for the product line in partnership with sales and leadership.
• Create tailored marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, white papers, and webinars to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Develop targeted sales enablement tools, including customized sales decks, one-pagers, brochures, and battle cards, to assist account teams in delivering personalized messaging.
• Oversee internal and external communications to guarantee consistent messaging and branding across all materials.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that are meticulously targeted to key accounts and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, product adoption metrics, and market feedback to drive continuous enhancement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve targeting, messaging, and allocation of resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of marketing experience in the life sciences sector, including a minimum of 1-2 years in oncology diagnostics or molecular testing.
• Proven knowledge of laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) and oncology market dynamics.
• Ability to convert complex scientific data into clear and engaging marketing content.
• Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with a general understanding of business-related internet tools.
• Experience in pathology marketing is preferred.
• The individual must successfully complete the pre-employment process, which includes a criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (applicable for certain positions), and reference verification.
• This role requires occasional travel and may involve some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Training: All job-specific, safety, and compliance training will be assigned based on the functions associated with this position.
