This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Conducting interviews with clients
β’ Addressing USPTO Office Actions
β’ Composing high-quality U.S. patent applications for leading technology firms
β’ A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
β’ Licensed in at least one state (if an attorney) and authorized to practice before the USPTO
β’ Minimum of 3+ years of patent prosecution experience at a top law firm, specifically in semiconductor issues
β’ Strong academic background complemented by industry or research experience
β’ Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English
β’ Excellent communication abilities
β’ Highly efficient in managing patent prosecution processes
