This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conducting interviews with clients

• Addressing USPTO Office Actions

• Composing high-quality U.S. patent applications for leading technology firms

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline

• Licensed in at least one state (if an attorney) and authorized to practice before the USPTO

• Minimum of 3+ years of patent prosecution experience at a top law firm, specifically in semiconductor issues

• Strong academic background complemented by industry or research experience

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent communication abilities

• Highly efficient in managing patent prosecution processes
