Patent Attorney / Patent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conducting interviews with clients

• Addressing USPTO Office Actions

• Composing exceptional U.S. patent applications for leading technology firms

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline

• Licensed to practice in at least one State (if an attorney) and authorized to represent before the USPTO

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution at a top law firm, specifically in semiconductor cases

• Strong academic background along with relevant industry or research qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English

• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities

• Highly efficient in patent prosecution processes
